Q. I would like to know the pros and cons between canned unsweetened fruit and fresh.
A. From a nutritional standpoint, you will generally find the unsweetened
canned to have a little less fiber and vitamins/minerals.
From a cost standpoint, out of season fruits may be more affordable in
the unsweetened can form instead of fresh.
